Welcome to our Facility:
- Any product's quality depends upon the material it is made of, so in Alommex we prepare our alloy in the correct proportion with in-house furnace. To monitor & ensure the whole process we have well-experienced & highly skilled operators and engineers.
- We have advanced 2 Extrusion lines with the capacity of 500 MT per Month. Additionally we have an in-house tool room with a dedicated team and necessary machines, equipments to rapidly prepare the die and correction of the die.
- In our fabrication department, we have various Hydraulic Punching machines, Mechanical Punching machines (Size of 20 T, 30 T, 50 T & compact rapid type), 3 spindles automatic drilling machine, CNC drilling & tapping machines, twin spindle & 3 spindle automatic tapping machines, dedicated auto SPMs, etc which produce best in class product with very high accuracy.
- We have an in-house advanced laboratory (with Instruments like VMS, UTM, Spectro, Hardness Tester, etc.) to ensure the quality in every stage of the process.
